The glamping gear set-up is subject to actual weather conditions, in case of Strong Monsoon Signal, Rainstorm Signal and/or Thunderstorm Signal is hoisted by the Observatory; the set-up may have to be removed from the rooftop garden.
One-time date amendment (within 3 months) up to 7 days prior to the arrival.
No cancellation of booking is allowed once the reservation is confirmed.
No refund for booking cancellation, amendment, no-show, early departure, or any unconsumed meal(s) under all circumstances.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
Any damage to the glamping gear will result in a charge at the original price of the equipment.
Any damage to the grass field of the rooftop garden will result in a recovery charge.
