Café@WM Chinese New Year Buffet
From January 2 to February 4, 2025, Cafè@WM will be offering a " 2025 Chinese New Year Dinner Buffet" serving a variety of festive dishes daily, including Thai Pomelo Salad with Sakura Shrimp, Cereal Shrimps in Singaporean Style, and festive desserts like New Year Red Date Coconut Pudding. Also, including freshly-shucked Seasonal Oysters and Seafood-on-ice, allowing you to indulge in the delights of French Edible Crabs, Canadian King Crab Legs, Sea Whelks and more. Japanese sashimi will feature salmon, snapper, octopus and argentina red shrimp. Other dishes include U.S. choice beef rib eye steak with red wine sauce, Hong Kong peking duck and serrano ham (18 months).
Additionally, from January 28 to 31, the special "2025 Year of the Snake Chinese New Year Buffet" will be available, featuring seasonal New Year delicacies: LO-Hei Sashimi Salad, New Year Period Special Sushi, Snakes Soup in Classic Style, Crab Meat E-fu Noodles, Osmanthus Jelly, and Milk Pudding Angel Roll. Book and prepay in full by January 12, 2025, to enjoy a 30% early bird discount.
