No cancellation after payment is made. If guests shorten their stay, a normal discount of Best Available Rate will be applied for the entire period of stay.
At least 7 days advanced notice is required for any extension of stay of the started agreement date. Room availability and room rate will be subject to the hotel situation. In general, the room rate will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
#Guests staying at Premium Terrace Access Dog Friendly room can bring one dog below 15kg at no extra charge. An additional dog will be charged at HK$110 net per room per night (max. two dogs per room)
