All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card.
The activity is subject to actual weather conditions, in case of Strong Monsoon Signal, Rainstorm Signal and/or Thunderstorm Signal is hoisted by the Observatory; the tour may have to be delayed, cancelled and rescheduled.
Reservation is required to be made at least 3 days prior to the check-in date.
One-time free date amendment (within 3 months) up to 7 days prior to the arrival.
No cancellation of booking is allowed once the reservation is confirmed.
No refund for booking cancellation, no-show, early departure, or any unconsumed meal(s) under all circumstances.

The itinerary is for reference only and is subject to change according to weather and instructors’ decision.
Following is the special arrangement during bad weather (but not near / cover the activity location, for instance, Sai Kung area):
If Thunderstorm Warning, Amber Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 1 is hoisted, activity will remain unchanged (Instructor reserves the right of final decision).
If Red Rainstorm Warning Signal or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted during the activity, activity will be terminated immediately.
If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above is hoisted at 7am, the morning session will be suspended immediately. Activity shall be rescheduled.
If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above remains hoisted at 11am, the afternoon session will be suspended immediately. Activity shall be rescheduled.
If Typhoon Signal is lowered to No. 1 or cancelled before 11am, the afternoon session will be resumed 2 hours after the announcement by Hong Kong Observatory.
If the instructor has determined the water condition is unsafe, the instructor has the absolute right to decide whether to cancel or continue the lesson subject to the safety of water condition and/or environment.
