TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Each fishing experience is arranged exclusively for one party of 2 to 6 guests and will not be combined with other guests.
  • Fishing experience is managed and operated by third party, and their team will contact you directly to arrange the activities.
  • Complimentary room upgrades are not applicable for arrivals on October 1 – 5, October 30 – 31, and December 24 – 31, 2026.
  • Prices are subject to a 10% service charge and 3% hotel accommodation tax
  • All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card.
  • The fishing experience is subject to actual weather conditions, in case of Strong Monsoon Signal, Rainstorm Signal and/or Thunderstorm Signal is hoisted by the Observatory; the tour may have to be delayed, cancelled and rescheduled.
  • No cancellation of booking is allowed once the reservation is confirmed
  • One-time free date amendment (within 3 months) up to 7 days prior to the arrival.
  • No refund for booking cancellation, amendment, no-show, early departure, or any unconsumed meal(s) under all circumstances.
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
  • In case of any disputes, WM Hotel reserves the right of final decision.
  • WM Hotel reserves the right to change the offer without prior notice.

Fishing Experience Terms & conditions:

  • The itinerary is for reference only and is subject to change according to weather and instructors’ decision
  • All program booking should be made at least 5 days in advance
  • Following is the special arrangement during bad weather (but not near / cover the activity location, for instance, Sai Kung area):
  • a. If Thunderstorm Warning, Amber Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 1 is hoisted, activity will remain unchanged (Instructor reserves the right of final decision)
  • b. If Red Rainstorm Warning Signal or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted during the activity, activity will be terminated immediately
  • c. If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above is hoisted at 7am, the morning session will be suspended immediately. Activity shall be rescheduled
  • d. If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above remains hoisted at 11am, the afternoon session will be suspended immediately. Activity shall be rescheduled
  • e. If Typhoon Signal is lowered to No. 1 or cancelled before 11am, the afternoon session will be resumed 2 hours after the announcement by Hong Kong Observatory
  • f. If the instructor has determined the water condition is unsafe, the instructor has the absolute right to decide whether to cancel or continue the lesson subject to the safety of water condition and/or environment
  • g. All participants should follow the Instructors’ instructions during the activity
